How to get your Google review link

1. Sign in to the Google account that manages your Business Profile.
2. Search Google for your business name, or open Google Maps, to see your profile's management tools.
3. Choose Ask for reviews (sometimes shown as "Get more reviews").
4. Copy the short link Google gives you. It usually looks like https://g.page/r/…/review.

Paste that link above, and the QR code takes customers straight to the review form.

Why Google reviews matter

Google says review count and review score are part of how it ranks local businesses in Maps and the map pack. Reviews also do the selling for you: a new customer comparing three businesses will usually pick the one with recent, genuine reviews.

How to ask so people actually leave one

• Ask at the right moment: right after a job well done, at payment, or when a customer thanks you.
• Make it one step: the QR code on the counter or receipt, or the link sent by WhatsApp.
• Ask every customer, not just the happy ones. Google's rules don't allow paying for reviews, offering discounts in return, or only asking customers you expect to be positive.
• Reply to every review, good or bad. It shows future customers you care.

Printing tips

• Print the QR code at least 2.5 cm wide so phones can scan it from arm's length.
• Keep strong contrast: a dark QR code on a light background.
• Scan the printed card with two different phones before printing in bulk.

Will the QR code ever expire?

No. The code contains your review link directly, so it keeps working as long as your Google Business Profile does.

Can I use it for a WhatsApp link instead?
