• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner.
• Ensure any content you provide does not infringe the rights of others and complies with applicable law.
• Maintain your own accounts (for example, your domain, hosting, and ad accounts) unless we have agreed to manage them.

5. Fees and payment

Fees, payment schedules, and any recurring charges are set out in your proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Work may be paused if payment is overdue.

6. Ownership of your assets

On full payment, you own the final website, content, and campaign assets we create specifically for your business, along with your website and advertising accounts. We may retain internal tools, templates, and know-how used to produce the work.

7. Intellectual property of this website

The content, design, and branding of the OneStopMaker website are owned by OneStopMaker and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Microsoft, Meta/WhatsApp, and Cloudflare. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for changes they make to their services or policies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneStopMaker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
