• Projects typically begin after full payment is received.

• However, in special cases, we may allow a 50% upfront payment before the mockup design phase. The remaining 50% will be collected once the client approves the mockup.

• Clients must provide all necessary materials (e.g. content, images, brand guidelines) in a timely manner.

• Delays in content or feedback may lead to adjusted project timelines.

• Minor revisions are included; significant changes or scope expansion may incur extra charges.

• We may feature completed work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.
